Refund policy for Commander licenses.

Commander is fully functional shareware, so you can try the app before buying a license.

Refund window

If you are not satisfied with Commander after purchase, contact enver@bisevac.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Include the email address used for the order and enough information to identify the transaction.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Renewals

If a license is sold as a recurring subscription, cancelling the subscription prevents future renewals. Refunds for renewal payments are handled under the same 14-day refund window unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Exceptions

Refunds may be refused when there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse or repeated purchases and refunds. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
